Máy đo độ dày hiệu ứng Hall (Máy đo độ dày chai từ) là một máy đo độ dày di
động tinh tế. Nó được sử dụng để đo độ dày của vật liệu không từ tính, chẳng
hạn như nhựa, thủy tinh, chất tổng hợp, nhôm và titan, vv Độ chính xác của
phép đo không bị phân loại bởi các hình dạng của mẫu.
MBT-201 dựa trên lý thuyết hiệu ứng Hall. Để kiểm tra, đặt quả bóng thép ở
một bên của mẫu và đầu dò ở phía bên kia. Cảm biến Hall Effect trên đầu dò đo
khoảng cách từ đầu dò đến bi thép. Máy tính sẽ hiển thị các bài đọc độ dày
thực.
Ưu điểm
● Thông qua phương pháp kiểm tra không phá hủy. Với phép đo nhanh cho độ
dày tại chỗ trên khu vực cần đo chính xác các góc, bán kính nhỏ hoặc hình
dạng phức tạp
● Hiển thị độ dày thời gian thực và tự động ghi lại độ dày tối thiểu
● Dụng cụ tiêu chuẩn trong ngành bao bì nhựa
● đo nhanh, lên đến 16 lần mỗi giây
● Độ chính xác: ± 1%
● Nó lưu trữ 95.000 đọc độ dày như bản ghi dữ liệu nội bộ
