công tắc điện
tử sử dụng gia tốc kế tinh thể trạng thái rắn cung cấp đầu ra điện khi nó bị
biến dạng bởi các lực rung. Đầu ra được chuyển đổi điện tử thành tín hiệu tỷ
lệ thuận với vận tốc. Tín hiệu này được so sánh với giới hạn đặt trước và
kích hoạt rơle trạng thái rắn nếu vượt quá giới hạn. Không có bộ phận chuyển
động trong các công tắc rung 440 trừ khi được cấu hình với rơle cơ.
Một tính năng quan trọng của công tắc là thời gian trễ tích hợp. Điều này
ngăn việc kích hoạt các chức năng báo động hoặc tắt máy khỏi sự gia tăng tạm
thời về mức độ rung. Nó cũng tránh tắt máy do các rung động nhất thời xảy ra
trong quá trình khởi động.
Hầu như tất cả các máy đều trải qua một vài giây rung động cao trong quá
trình khởi động trước khi đạt tốc độ hoạt động. Khi không bao gồm chức năng
trì hoãn thời gian, như với các công tắc cơ học, rung động khởi động này gây
ra một chuyến đi. Thông thường, nhà điều hành bật thiết lập chuyến đi cho đến
khi anh ta có thể thông qua khởi động. Mức độ chuyến đi kết quả là quá cao để
đủ khả năng bảo vệ ở tốc độ vận hành của máy.
Độ trễ chuyến đi báo động ba giây là tiêu chuẩn trên công tắc. Độ trễ thời
gian báo thức được điều chỉnh độc lập trong trường trong phạm vi từ 2 đến 15
giây. |
